Hanson <br />It is time to schedule the City's annual goal setting session. Unless the Council feels otherwise, I <br />would recommend that the same format be followed as we have in the past. As you will recall, the <br />session was attended by the Mayor and Council, department heads, representatives of the Planning <br />and Parks & Recreation Commissions, the Little Canada Fire Department, and the Sheriff's <br />Department. Mark Nagel has facilitated our last three sessions, and is available on the following <br />dates: <br />Monday, March 3'11 <br />Wednesday, March 5 °i <br />Monday, March 17th <br />Wednesday, March 191h <br />I would recommend that the goal setting session commence at 4:00 p.m. I light dinner would be <br />served at approximately 6:00 p.m. with a wrap -up of the session immediately following. <br />
