As a final note, the applicant has suggested that it may be necessary to relocate again <br />at some future date, in the event of other development on the Market Place property. <br />They have requested that the City administrative staff be able to approve another <br />relocation without a full CUP amendment process. The primary concern with this option <br />would be the potential parking issues mentioned above.
