Hanson <br />Given that our legal newspaper did not publish an issue on December 31st, and in order to meet <br />publication requirements for the 2003 improvement hearings, it is necessary to reschedule these <br />hearings. Staff recommendation is to reschedule the hearings to Tuesday, January 21, 2003, at the <br />Old Fire Hall. (The League of Women Voters has the Council Chambers scheduled for the evening <br />of January 21st.) The hearing times are as follows: <br />Market Place Drive — 6:30 p.m. <br />Sextant Avenue — 6:45 p.m. <br />Stark Street — 7:15 p.m. <br />Thunder Bay Road — 8:00 p.m. <br />
