Fahey opened the public hearing on the amending of the Heather <br />Oaks PUD Agreement to provide for zero lot lines. z'ahey pointed <br />out that the Planning Commission voted 8 to 0 to approve the amendment <br />subject to the Planner's recommendations, and with the requirement of <br />a fast — growing type of vegetation on the westerly side of the <br />development. <br />Page 119 <br />
