Fahey opened the public hearing on the amending of the Heather Oaks PUD Agreement to provide for zero lot lines. z'ahey pointed out that the Planning Commission voted 8 to 0 to approve the amendment subject to the Planner's recommendations, and with the requirement of a fast — growing type of vegetation on the westerly side of the development.
