MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Feb. 22, 1984 <br />Heather Oaks <br />(Cont.) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (4) Nardini, Forsberg, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 10, Page 91. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 54 -2 -83 — APPROVING THE HEATHER <br />OAKS PUD AGREEMENT FOR ZERO LOT LINES AS <br />SUBMITTED AND DECLARING THAT THE PART: CHARGE <br />FOR THIS DEVELOPMENT IS $300 PER UNIT OR 5600 <br />PER DOUBLE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Nardini, Fahey, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 10, Page 92. <br />Frank Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Frattalone <br />Property RESOLUTION NO. 84 -2 -84 — BRINGING THE FRATTALONE <br />Exchange PROPERTY EXCHANGE PROPOSAL TO TABLE <br />Agenda The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Item No. 8 Ayes (4) Scalze, Forsberg, Fahey, Nardini. <br />Hayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 10, Page 93. <br />Mr. Frattalone informed the Council that he wants to trade the City <br />his Site B for the City's Site C for ponding. Mr. Frattalone <br />explained that there is a ditch running on the west side of Site 3. <br />Mr. Fahey asked Mr. Frattalone if he was assuming that the City was <br />using its property for ponding and if the City was going to continue <br />to use it for ponding. The City Clerk commented that the State Use <br />Deed on the property lists ponding as the property's use. <br />Mr. Forsberg pointed out that the City can change the use of the <br />property. <br />?irs. Scalze stated that the City does not have to provide ponding in <br />this area and can let the property sit for open space or some ocher <br />use than ponding. <br />Page 121 <br />
