The
recommended date for this workshop is Monday, June 2S'h. I would suggest a 7:00 p.m. starting time.
Mr. Aichinger will be prepared to discuss the Watershed's perspective on this matter relative to the
comments of impacted property owners. Ile will also bring along a series of aerial photos dating back to
the 1940's to aid in the review of this matter. Lastly, he will provide an overview of current wetland
regulations that will be utilized in analyzing development proposals for these properties.
1 would also recommend the City Attorney and City Engineer be present at this workshop. Direction
from the Council as to others to be invited is needed.
cc: John Sculley
Jim Progreba
Cliff Aichinger
PAGE 125
