Follow -up to workshop #2 with a set of revised concept land use <br />plans and redevelopment plans that consider the feedback gained from the task <br />force. Unveil these revised plans and explain how the revised concepts consider <br />their previous concepts. From this set of plans, steer the task force towards a <br />preferred plan for both the concept land use and redevelopment. Obtain <br />additional feedback regarding these plans. Introduce urban design standards and <br />obtain feedback. <br />(4) Workshop #4. Finalize the preferred concept land use plan, redevelopment plan <br />and urban design standards. Present final plans to task force. Include an <br />evaluation component of this process. <br />(E) Urban Design Standards. Develop flexible and simple design standards that reflect <br />smart growth and establish the framework for redevelopment.
