that the City reimburse them for that cost (estimated at $2,000) subject to appropriate <br />documentation. That amount would be added to the overall project cost and then <br />apportioned as previously discussed. <br />It was the general consensus of those present that this work needed to be done. It was <br />also agreed that it should be done to enhance the appearance of the area. The cost split <br />seemed reasonable. <br />The City Administrator reminded those present of the Improvement Hearing scheduled <br />for Monday, March 5, 2001 at 6:30 p.m. with the City Council. He noted that a copy of' <br />these minutes would be provided to the Council prior to that meeting.
