Hanson <br />Email: cityhall @ci.little - canada.mn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Fahey and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: March 2, 2001 <br />RE: Little Canada Road/McMenemy Street Parking Lot <br />Improvement Hearing — March 5, 2001— 6:30 p.m. <br />The improvement hearing for the Little Canada Road/McMenemy Street parking lot is <br />scheduled as noted above. Attached are neighborhood meeting minutes as well as the <br />minutes from the Parks & Recreation Commission where design changes were discussed. <br />The Public Works Director will have a revised layout available for review at Monday's <br />improvement hearing as well as a revised cost estimate. Note that the cost estimate has <br />already been revised upward due to the need to replace a storm sewer line. (See <br />neighborhood meeting minutes for discussion of this issue.) The new cost estimate will <br />reflect the changes recommended by the Parks & Recreation Commission <br />REMINDER — We will be taking the Council's picture just after <br />this hearing so it can be included in the next issue of the City <br />newsletter. <br />Page 1 <br />
