Based on that requirement, the Council will review the recent <br />violation relative to the sale of liquor to an under -aged buyer that occurred on Friday, <br />December 29, 2000. The Council will review this matter at their regular meeting on <br />Wednesday, February 14, 2001 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Center. <br />Upon review of the violation, the Council has the authority to suspend the license for a <br />period not to exceed sixty days, revoke the license, or impose a fine that may not exceed <br />$2,000. <br />Please plan to attend the February 14th meeting.
