• Officer presence at City Hall. (I want Deputies assigned to Little Canada to stop in <br />periodically to let us know what is going on and to become familiar with our staff. I feel <br />this would help develop better working relationships that would benefit us both in certain <br />situations.) <br />• Status of crime free multi- housing program. (A key point in this area is the location of <br />past materials, including Certificates to complexes that had attained "crime- free" status. <br />• Notification to me of major events in the City (positive and negative) so I can keep <br />council informed. Too many times things happen here and we are not aware of it. We <br />shouldn't have to read police reports to learn about newsworthy events in our city. <br />• Some quick background on the Sheriffs Department to help orient our two new Council <br />members. <br />• Any topics or concerns RCSD may have. <br />Also attached are organizational charts depicting various functional areas of the RCSD. <br />Cc: Undersheriff Altendorfer <br />Page 2 <br />
