Hanson, City Administrator
DATE: January 3, 2001
RE: On Street Parking
At the December 12th neighborhood meeting, concern was expressed about on street
parking occurring on Twin Lake Road and Twin Lake Trail, and the possibility of
implementing some type of parking restriction was discussed. Three options were
identified: allow parking on only one side of the street, prohibit overnight parking, and
prohibit parking at all times.
The City Council briefly discussed this matter, and has directed that a survey of the
neighborhood be done to determine the preference of the majority of property owners.
Therefore, I would like to request that you complete the survey form attached and return
it in the enclosed postage -paid envelope on or before January 18th. The Council will be
presented with a summary of this information for consideration at their January 24th
meeting.
Page 87
