Morton Development Agreement <br />A draft of the proposed Development Agreement with R. A. Morton and Associates was delivered to <br />them earlier this week. If possible, I would like to get the final copy to the Council for approval at <br />Wednesday's meeting. I would also like to them to have secured a financing commitment before doing <br />so. <br />I'm enclosing the redlined copy that has been submitted to the Developer. We will attempt to finalize it <br />by Wednesday's meeting. Otherwise, we will have to pull it from this agenda.
