Hanson <br />It is time to schedule the City's annual goal setting session. Unless the Council feels <br />otherwise, I would recommend that the same format be followed as we have in the past. <br />As you will recall, the session was attended by the Mayor and Council, department heads, <br />representatives of the Planning and Parks & Recreation Commissions, the Little Canada <br />Fire Department, and the Sheriff's Department. Mark Nagel has facilitated our last two <br />sessions. I could check his availability if you would like him to continue. <br />I would recommend that the goal setting session be held on Wednesday, February 20`l', <br />and commence at 4:00 p.m. A light dinner would be served at approximately 6:00 p.m. <br />with a wrap -up of the session immediately following. <br />Page 103 <br />
