However, if a vehicle has been inspected and approved by another <br />city or governmental agency within the previous twelve (12) months, <br />no additional inspection shall be required. <br />f. Description of Vehicles. The Contractor shall furnish the City with a <br />written description of all vehicles and equipment to be used within <br />the City of Little Canada and in the performance of this Contract and <br />shall advise the City in writing of any withdrawal of a part of such <br />equipment or of any change therein within one (1) week of the time <br />of making such change. <br />g. Safety Equipment. Each collection vehicle shall have a flashing light <br />warning system, fire extinguisher (CO2 type), proper backup alarms <br />as approved by the City, and otherwise shall comply with all State <br />and Federal inspections and safety requirements. <br />2. Personnel Requirements. <br />a. Responsibility. <br />(1) There shall be no limitation on the size of the Contractor's <br />collection crew, so long as they are sufficient to fulfill the <br />requirements of the specifications and Contract. <br />(2) Each collection crew shall adhere to all applicable Ordinances of <br />the City of Little Canada, and all of those rules, regulations, and <br />conditions for refuse collection as established by the City. <br />b. Driver. <br />(1) The Contractor's personnel shall comply with all applicable laws <br />including driving and traffic laws, relating to its performance of <br />services under this Agreement. Contractor's personnel shall <br />comply with all Federal regulations found in Code of Federal <br />Regulations (CFR) at 49 CFR, Part 382 as it pertains to drug and <br />alcohol testing. Upon request, Contractor shall supply City with <br />any results of its drug and alcohol testing program. <br />(2) The driver must have a valid Minnesota License with proper <br />classification. <br />(3) The driver must adhere to all traffic laws. <br />c.
