DEC -13 -2001 15:50
6517664156 P.23/05
The APS database has proven to be an excellent tool in aiding Law Enforcement Agency's in
recovering property and identifying suspects involved in criminal activity. It also allows Law
Enforcement Agency's to issue watches for certain individuals or items we are looking for, or
place holds and confiscate items that are confirmed as stolen.
I understand that Lincoln Pawn is willing to install the software that would bring it into
compliance with the APS system. The Sheriff's Office feels that it would be in our best interest to
see that Lincoln Pawn and Jewelry begin contributing to APS as soon as possible.
Sincerely,
// 2 €
Tom Rudenick
Investigator
General Investigations Unit
(651) 481 -1753
Page 4
