It also allows Law <br />Enforcement Agency's to issue watches for certain individuals or items we are looking for, or <br />place holds and confiscate items that are confirmed as stolen. <br />I understand that Lincoln Pawn is willing to install the software that would bring it into <br />compliance with the APS system.
