The purpose of the inspection is to determine <br />if there are any issues that may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty prior to <br />expiration. As you indicated, you are currently experiencing leakage from the roof. <br />The inspection will include a visual examination of the roof and interior leak locations, <br />interviews of building personnel to obtain performance history, and photographs. The <br />cause(s) of the leakage will be determined if readily discernible. <br />The report will include the findings of the inspection with photographs and a roof <br />sketch included. We will also provide recommendations with regards to any warranty <br />issues. <br />We will perform the inspection for a fee of $450.00. We would be able to complete <br />the inspection within three weeks of acceptance of the proposal. <br />Thank you for your consideration of our services.
