Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: October 5, 2001 <br />RE: Redevelopment Issues <br />I am in the process of discussing options to purchase the two properties in the vicinity of <br />Little Canada Road for the potential location of a senior housing project. One of the <br />parties has indicated the need to have an option agreement addressed by the Council at <br />Wednesday's meeting. They have also indicated that they would like the option term to <br />be for no more than 30 days due to another potential offer. <br />While there are a number of issues to resolve, our goal is to have a document for your <br />consideration by Wednesday's meeting. <br />Page 51 <br />
