MINI0TES <br />City Council <br />Feb. 27, 1985 <br />Frattal.one <br />Property <br />Division <br />(Cont.) <br />Ralph Brausen <br />Property <br />Division <br />Agenda <br />Item Mo. 6 <br />Larry Lee <br />Proposal <br />Agenda <br />Item Mo. 7 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Nardini, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 83. <br />Mr. Fahey suggested that the Planner should make a recommendation <br />for the zoning of the area. The Planner felt he would be able to <br />do this at the next Council meeting. The Planner felt that the matter <br />couLd be approached in stages, with consideration of tax increment <br />financing for the area aC a later date. <br />Mr.. Ralph Brausen has requested approval of the division of his <br />property. The Planning Commission has recommended that the property <br />division be approved. <br />The Planner is recommending the dedication of drainage and utility <br />easements and that garage elevations be submitted. <br />Mrs. Scalze stated that this is a. case where the City Engineer wiLL <br />tell the Council if the split can be approved without the requirement <br />of topogranhy maps. <br />The Engineer explained the drainage of the area. <br />Mr. Brausen agreed to Furnish the City with any drainage easements. <br />Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 35-2-87 - APPROVING THE RALPH <br />BRAUSEN PROPERTY DIVISION' SUBJECT TO THE <br />DEDICATION OF DRAINAGE:.AND UTILITY EASEMENTS <br />AND SUBMISSION OF GARAGE ELEVATIONS AS <br />OUTLINED IN THE, PLANNER'S.
