Developer shall also be <br />responsible for the restoration of any damage caused to existing <br />improvements by their project. Said restoration shall be to the City's <br />standards. <br />6. Pre - construction Meeting. Prior to the commencement of work, <br />Developer or his engineer shall schedule a pre- construction meeting to be <br />held at the Little Canada City Center at a mutually agreeable date and <br />time. Said meeting shall include all parties concerned, including, but not <br />limited to, City staff, City Engineer, Developer's engineer, Developer's <br />contractor(s), Developer's builder, and affected utilities. The purpose of <br />this meeting will be to review the work program for construction to achieve <br />a coordinated approach. <br />7. Inspection and Staking. Developer shall instruct his engineer to <br />provide adequate field inspection personnel to ensure the project is <br />constructed in accordance with approved plans and specifications. In <br />addition, the City's Engineer, at Developer's expense, shall also inspect <br />the construction of the improvements for the purpose of certifying the same <br />and recommending acceptance of any public improvements by City. Developer <br />shall also complete construction staking for the project at his expense. <br />8. Easements. The Developer will dedicate easements and /or right- <br />of-way as necessary for the construction and existence of public <br />improvements pursuant to City requirements. <br />9. Consents to Easements. The Developer shall obtain consents to <br />any required easements as necessary. <br />10. License. The Developer hereby grants the City, its agents and <br />employees, a license to enter any of the above - described property to <br />Page 84 <br />
