According to Section 903.110.E 5 of the Ordinance, in the <br />case of a shopping center where there are two (2) or more businesses located in a <br />structure or on one property, the processing or a conditional use permit is necessary. <br />Because an alteration to the retail center's wall signage has been proposed, the <br />processing of a conditional use permit amendment is required. <br />Wall Signs. The applicant is proposing to erect a total of five new wall signs on the <br />building, three associated with a new thrift store and two associated with a new beauty <br />salon. <br />Page 4 <br />
