Ra loh 3rausen Property Division Agenda item No. 6 Larry Lee Proposal Agenda Item No. 7 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Nardini, Collova, Fahey. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 83. Mr. Fahey suggested that the Planner should make a recommendation for the zoning of the area. The Planner felt he would be able to do this at the next Council meeting. The Planner felt that the ;natter could be approached in stages, with consideration of tax increment Financing for the area at a later date. Mr. Ralph 3rausen has requested approval of the division oE his property. The Planning Commission has recommended that the property division be approved. The Planner is recommending the dedication of drainage and utility easements and that garage elevations be submitted. Mrs. Scalze stated that this is a case where the City Engineer will tell the Council if the split can be approved without the requirement of topography maps. The Engineer explained the drainage oE the area. Mr. 3rausen agreed to Eurnish the City with any drainage easements. Mr. CoLlova introduced the _following resolution and :roved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 35 -2 -87 - APPROVING THE RALPH BRAUSEN PROPERTY DIVISION SUBJECT TO THE DEDICATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AND SUBMISSION OF GARAGE ELEVATIONS AS OUTLINED IN THE PLANNER'S REPORT The_foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey.
