District <br />Section 5 <br />Industrial <br />Area <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 10 <br />Mrs. Scalze suggested chat che Zoch's submit a sketch of what : =hey <br />propose to use their property for before the Council acts on a <br />special use permit. <br />Mr. Fahey suggested that che matter be cabled until Zoch presents <br />a more detailed plan as co number of vehicles and activity. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoocion: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -5 -246 - TABLING ACTION <br />`10N THE ZOCH AUTO REPAIR CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT REQUEST FOR ONE MONTH <br />The Foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Collova, Scalze, Nardini, Blesener. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adooced. <br />This resolution appears in Resoiucion 3ook No. 12, ?age 248. <br />Mrs. Scalze <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br />RESOLUTION NO. 35 -5 -247 - AMENDING THE <br />COMPREHENSIVE ?LAN TO REFLECT CHANGES <br />THAT WERE MADE TO THE AREA WITH REGARD <br />TO ZONING <br />The foregoing resoluc'_on was duly seconded by >!rs. District zone. <br />Mr. Fahey reported that the Council felt that this was the best way <br />co control the area Co ensure a quality industrial park. Fahey <br />stated chat che City would like to have more restrictive standards <br />than are currently imposed in Ryan Industrial ?ark with regard to <br />outdoor storage and type of construction. Scalze also added chat <br />screening from residential uses would be required. <br />Mr. Darby Walbon appeared before che Council and reported chat he <br />purchased property in February in the area for a cruck maintenance <br />shop. Walbon stated chac he needs a decision on chis property tonight <br />in order chac he can proceed wich getting a building completed by fall. <br />.Mr. Walbon stated chac che proposal being considered would allow him <br />co have one trailer parked oucside. >tr.
