MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 22, 1985 <br />Zoch Mrs. Scalze commented that the Zoch's were given assurances chat they <br />Rezoning could have the same zoning as the Nadeau property and the Rudy property <br />(Cont.) across the street. <br />Hr. Lee felt that it was impractical to look at the west side of the <br />street as possible retail, as listed in the uses for R3 property. <br />Mr. 31esener felt that the property should be R -1 or 3 -3. Scalze <br />pointed out the 3 -3 zoning across the street. <br />Mr. Lee stated that 3 -3 zoning for the Loch property would cause no <br />more impact in the area. <br />Mr. Fahey pointed out that the ?lanning Commission has recommended <br />3 -3 zoning for the Zoch property. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and :roved ics adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -5 -2&& - APPROVING THE REZONING <br />OF THE REMINDER OF THE ZOCH PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH <br />'OF THE 90 FEET OF RESIDENTIALLY ZONED PROPERTY FROM <br />R -1 TO 3 -3 AND WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF AN 8.5 FOOT <br />RIGHT -OF -WAY EASEMENT ALONG CONDUIT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Nardini, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution 3ook No. 12, ?age <br />Fahey introduced the Following resolution and :roved adoot:on: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -5 -245 - INSTRUCTING THE CITY <br />ATTORNEY TO PREPARE AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE <br />REZONING OF THE ZOCH PROPERTY <br />The Foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Collova, Nardini, Scalze, Blesener. <br />Mayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resoluuion appears in Resolution Book Mo. 12, Page 247. <br />Mr. Rudy reported that there currently is some problem with the existing <br />auto body in the area.
