In conjunction with an existing 480 square foot <br />attached garage, a total of 1,488 square feet of accessory storage space would exist on <br />the property. <br />The applicants wish to use the proposed accessory building to restore cars and <br />collector boats. <br />The subject property is zoned R -1, Single Family Residential. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Site Plan <br />Exhibit C - Building perspective <br />ANALYSIS <br />Area Requirements.
