He indicated to me that our group is not under consideration as a
developer for the project.
As you know, our development group has been working diligently in an attempt to solidify a
development agreement with the City of Little Canada concerning the above captioned project.
I now have learned through Ron Morton that rather than responding to our request for a
development agreement, the City has entertained a proposal from another contractor.
As you well know. we believe that we have put forth a proposal in accordance with the City
guidelines and were waiting patiently for the City's response. Obviously we are very concerned
that the concept, proformas, and proposal that we have initiated could find their way into the
hands of another developer.
If you will further recall, both you and Mr. Fifield told us that all previous attempts to interest
developers had failed and that in order to get legitimate interest by a reputable developer. the City
was going to have to provide the assistance similar to what has been discussed with our group.
Further. during our last meeting with you, Mr. Preston Euerle and myself were told that the
legislative process had impacted tax increment financing and the City wished to discern the effect
of that legislation before it proceeded with our development agreement.
Pally 19.3001 08101 07 16
1 \DAFAMI1060 ?IS Lener Joel Hanson (RA Monde-Linde Comb) 07 103001. npd Inc
0.
