The following changes will need to be made to the plans before a <br />Watershed District Grading Permit is issued. <br />& aek.- /10.4.1 <br />1. A 50 -foot buffer will need to be placed on the pond consisting of native <br />vegetation. <br />A standard staged outlet structure will need to be placed at the^pond outlet. <br />3. A wetland delineation will need to be conducted of Blacktem Pond. The <br />delineation will need to be surveyed and shown on the plans to ensure that none <br />of Blacktem Pond is filled during construction of the stormwater detention pond. <br />4. The site grading will need to be modified to ensure that all of the stormwater from <br />the site is directed toward the stormwater detention pond. <br />5. The stormwater detention pond sideslopes will need to be protected. <br />6.
