It is then the City's intent to rent these trailers to the Canadian <br />Days for use during Canadian Day activities. Enclosed please find a sample Equipment Rental <br />Agreement. This agreement is favorable to the lessor. <br />As you will notice, I have included language which is specific to the trailers in question. <br />For example, the agreement provides that the lessee shall have the exclusive use of the personal <br />property but the lessee may only use the trailer during Canadian Days activities. The lease also <br />indicates that the lessor shall maintain insurance on the trailer.
