Lease. Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and Lessee hereby hires and takes from <br />Lessor, the personal property described above and on any attached schedule (hereinafter, <br />together with all replacement parts, repairs, additions, and accessories incorporated therein or <br />affixed thereto, referred to as "Equipment "). <br />2. Term. This agreement commences on the date indicated in the "Date Rental Begins" <br />section above and shall continue without allowance for time not in use until the Equipment has <br />been returned to Lessor at Lessor's address above. If Lessee retains the Equipment beyond the <br />date indicated in the "Date Rental Ends" section above, this Rental Agreement shall continue in <br />full force and effect until the Equipment is returned to Lessor at Lessor's above address. <br />Notwithstanding the foregoing.
