AUTHORITY, its officials and employees, shall <br />be listed as additional insured; a separation of insureds endorsement shall <br />be provided to the benefit of the AUTHORITY. Coverage shall provide <br />for deletion of the CCC exclusion or broad form property damage, and <br />products and completed operations. <br />Automobile Insurance <br />Coverage shall be provided for hired, non -owned and owned. <br />Minimum limits of $1,000,000 combined single limit <br />Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability <br />Workers' Compensation benefits shall be per Minnesota Statute <br />Employers' Liability shall be <br />$500,000/$500,000 /$500,000 <br />Other States Coverage <br />Professional Liability Coverage (if applicable) <br />Minimum Limit: $2,000,000 per claim <br />Aggregate Limit: $4,000,000 <br />This policy is to be written as acceptable to the Ramsey County Risk <br />Manager. Certificate shall indicate if coverage is with an admitted or <br />non - admitted carrier. Certificate of Insurance must indicate if the policy <br />is issued on a claims -made or occurrence basis. If coverage is carried on <br />a claims -made basis then: 1) The retroactive date shall be noted on the <br />Certificate and shall be prior to or the day of the inception of the <br />Agreement with the AUTHORITY, and 2) Evidence of coverage shall be <br />provided for three years beyond expiration of this Agreement. <br />AUTHORITY, its officials and employees shall be listed as additional <br />insured; and a cross suits endorsement shall be provided to the benefit of <br />the AUTHORITY. <br />C. The above sub - paragraphs establish minimum insurance requirements, and it is <br />the sole responsibility of AGENCY to purchase and maintain additional <br />coverages as it may deem necessary in connection with this Agreement. <br />D. AGENCY shall require and verify that any contractor, subcontractor, or <br />independent contractor performing services for it related to this Agreement <br />shall carry and keep in force the insurance coverages set forth in subsection B, <br />above. <br />PAGE 12 <br />
