it appears that no building would meet the 30 -foot setback and some building corners are within
12 -feet.
Snow Removal
The City is responsible for snow removal on the public street within the City. It appears that there
would be minimal space for snow storage in the winter, especially at the end of each cul -de -sac.
A snow storage area was designated in the Parkview Court development but none currently exist
within the Patrina Park Terrance development.
Other
There are at least 4 other developments within the City of Little Canada that currently have private
streets. If the cul -de -sac streets within the Pitrina Park Terrace development are transferred to
public streets, there may be other requests made in the future. These can either be looked at on
an individual basis or a policy could be set at this time.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss any of these comments further please feel free
to call.
C: \Little Canada \Pitrina Park Memo.doc
Page 39
