for the construction of an accessory building, with the following conditions: <br />1. The building will be used only for storage of materials for the conduct of business <br />on the property. <br />2. The building will meet the required side yard setback of 15 feet, to be verified by <br />survey at the direction of the building official, and will meet all other required <br />building codes. <br />3. The building will be constructed of materials that are complementary to the principal <br />building, and will utilize service doors rather than garage doors for access. <br />4.
