Fratcalone informed the Council chac he wants to trade the City <br />his Site 3 for the City's Site C. Eor ponding. "r. Fratcalone <br />explained chac there is a dicch running on the west side of Site 3. <br />`Ir. Fahey asked Ir. Fratcalone if he was assuming that che Cicy was <br />using its property for ponding and if the Cicy was going co continue <br />to use it for ponding. The City Clerk commenced that the Stace Use <br />Deed on the property lists ponding as che property's use. <br />r. Forsberg pointed ouc chat che Cicy can change the use of che <br />property. <br />Mrs. Scalze stated chac :he Cicy does not have to provide ponding in <br />this area and can 1ec the property sit for open space or some ocher <br />use than ponding. <br />Page 150 <br />
