will maintain the minimum water level of the pond at three (3) feet through whatever means the <br />Grantee's chooses. Grantee shall install an aeration fountain at Grantee's expense. Grantee shall <br />maintain said fountain at its expense and operate it in a manner necessary to reduce water <br />stagnation and enhance the appearance of the pond. Grantor shall provide space for an electrical <br />connection and pay for all electricity needed to operate said fountain. <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said Easements unto said Grantee and its assigns.
