Temporary Construction Easement is to expire on August 30, 2001. ADDITIONAL TERMS OF EASEMENT. Grantee agrees to construct and maintain a pond on the easement property in accordance with plans approved by Grantor. The pond and any landscaping installed by Grantee will not interfere with visibility of the signage currently present on Grantor's property. Grantee will reestablish any turf, landscaping and other improvements on Grantor's property which are disturbed during the construction process, which will include the reseeding of the pond embankment and the resodding of lawn areas.
