Hanson <br />s requested, the following list of potential Public Works Garage sites within the city is provided for your information. In <br />accordance with the October 25, 2000 Oertel report, a minimum 2.0 acre site size was used to select sites. <br />Site Description <br />. Triangle on South Owasso <br />L. The existing garage meets the Public Works Garage needs as listed in <br />to Oertel report. However, this site would have to be subdivided and the existing main office area would need to be sold or <br />leased. <br />ite #4 has no improvements on it. <br />Site #5 is an 11 acre site at the south end of Blacktem Pond and would have to be subdivided. (Currently under construction for <br />2w Frattalone Excavating location.) <br />Site #6 is the 8.83 acre Maryhouse site behind the Old Fire Hall. The south end of this site is wetlands reducing the usable acreage <br />about 6.0 acres. This site would be a good location given its proximity to the City Center, and the Old Fire Hall, plus the <br />Itural screening that exists. Potential conflict with cemetery expansion.
