EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 20, 2000 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center <br />of said City on the 20th day of December, 2000 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Fahey, Scalze, LaValle, Morelan, and Pedersen; <br />and the following members were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2001 TAX LEVY <br />FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />AS PRESENTED BY CITY STAFF <br />WHEREAS, <br />The 2001 tax levy is as follows: <br />GROSS TAX LEVY <br />General Fund <br />Capital Fund <br />Less: <br />1,811,473 <br />44,000 <br />1,855,473.00 <br />HACA 416 370,00 <br />NET TAX LEVY FOR CERTIFICATION 1,439,103.00 <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />The Council is required to certify a tax levy to the County Auditor by December 28, <br />2000. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota that the Council hereby approves the 2001 tax levy in the amount of <br />$1,439,103.00. <br />Page 16 <br />
