This deed <br />conveys the south half of Hannah Street together with a five foot strip necessitated by the <br />encroachment of the retaining wall constructed in connection with the Goodyear Development <br />onto the Anderson mini - storage parcel. It is my understanding that the plat is being revised <br />to show this change along with the storm sewer easement required due to the fact that the <br />storm water runoff was directed to the catch basin which was located in the southwest corner <br />of the mini - storage parcel via piping which runs across a portion of the mini - storage parcel. <br />You indicated in our discussion that the City Council is meeting on Tuesday, November <br />21. Please obtain the Council's approval to the enclosed deeds and return them to me for <br />recording.
