EXHIBIT "B" REVISED FEE SCHEDULE Effective January 1, 2001, payment for services rendered as of that date between the City of Little Canada and Northland Inspections is governed based on a percentage of permit revenues collected by the City pursuant to the following schedule. Source of Permit Fee °A Due Building Offaciul Building Permit Revenue 50% Plan Check Fee 50% Plumbing Permits 50% Services outside the scope of this Agreement (including Planning Commission, City Council Meetings, investigations, and preparation for and testimony in court) shall be paid at the rate of $47.00 per hour which is stated in the currently adopted edition of the Uniform Building Code. Building permit revenues are calculated pursuant to Section II, Paragraph #2. The amounts generated as a result of this schedule shall be the only cost payable to the Building Official by the City. Building Official is responsible for all costs associated with the conduct of his business operation including, but not limited to, transportation costs, Workers Compensation Insurance costs, life and disability costs, unemployment insurance premiums, photocopying costs, telephone and faxing costs, etc. Said fee schedule shall be in effect from the date of this Agreement until the 31st day of December, of the year 2001.
