EXHIBIT "B" <br />REVISED FEE SCHEDULE <br />Effective January 1, 2001, payment for services rendered as of that date between the City of <br />Little Canada and Northland Inspections is governed based on a percentage of permit revenues <br />collected by the City pursuant to the following schedule. <br />Source of Permit Fee °A Due Building Offaciul <br />Building Permit Revenue 50% <br />Plan Check Fee 50% <br />Plumbing Permits 50% <br />Services outside the scope of this Agreement (including Planning Commission, City Council <br />Meetings, investigations, and preparation for and testimony in court) shall be paid at the rate of $47.00 <br />per hour which is stated in the currently adopted edition of the Uniform Building Code. <br />Building permit revenues are calculated pursuant to Section II, Paragraph #2. <br />The amounts generated as a result of this schedule shall be the only cost payable to the Building <br />Official by the City. Building Official is responsible for all costs associated with the conduct of his <br />business operation including, but not limited to, transportation costs, Workers Compensation Insurance <br />costs, life and disability costs, unemployment insurance premiums, photocopying costs, telephone and <br />faxing costs, etc. <br />Said fee schedule shall be in effect from the date of this Agreement until the 31st day of December, <br />of the year 2001. <br />Page 28 <br />
