All colored concrete has been removed and replaced by concrete pavers. <br />2. All Feature Intersection areas now consist entirely of concrete pavers (12" x 12" red, 12" x 12" buff, and <br />4" x 8" red) all set atop a sand setting bed on a 4" aggregate base. (See details sheet L -7 & L -8 for layout) <br />3. Red Concrete Pavers occupy boulevard areas from Rice St. to railroad tacks on the north and to Rustic <br />Place on the south, while Buff Concrete Pavers comprise the 6' sidewalk in the same areas. <br />4. 1' paving area on backside of six Feature Intersection areas was removed. <br />5. Small paving areas within "Street Tree Module" were removed to make one continuous planting bed. <br />II. Amenities <br />I. 24 Bollards on the backside of the six Feature Intersection areas were removed. <br />2. 32 Bollards on either side of the "Street Tree Module" were also removed. <br />3. The sphere at the top of the remaining bollards was replaced with a more pyramid shape that should save <br />10 -15% on the overall cost of the bollards, and that price is reflected in the cost estimate. <br />4. 243 lin. ft. of Ornamental Railing was removed. (the remaining railing is located at Rice Street Entry and <br />County Road C entry) <br />III. Landscape and Plant Material <br />1. 132 Stella D' Oro daylilies (total) were added along backside of the six Feature Intersection areas (where <br />bollards were removed) <br />2. 26 Anthony Waterer Spriea (total) were added to fill the increased planting bed in the "Street Tree <br />Module," <br />3. With the adjusted driveway location near the Venetian Inn, an additional"Street Tree Module" was added <br />to mirror the north side of Little Canada Road. <br />IV. Irrigation <br />1. A well will be drilled to fill and maintain a 3' -5' depth in the pond at all times and to handle the irrigation <br />needs of the west side of the project. <br />2. A wet tap off of a city water line will provide the irrigation for the Feature Entry Area at County Road C. <br />3. Quick - Couplers will be located periodically throughout the west end of the project for additionalwatering <br />needs.
