issued under this Chapter if the licensee is convicted of any violation of an ordinance, state law, or <br />federal law relating to the use, sale or possession of non - intoxicating liquor or intoxicating liquor, <br />or use or possession of gambling devices, or of any violation of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 617, <br />as amended, or of any violation of Chapter 1202 of this Code. The conviction of a person, while an <br />occupant cif the licensed premises, of a violation of any of the above described ordinances, stare laws, <br />or federal laws shall also be grounds for revocation of the license. The violation of any condition <br />of the license shall be grounds for revocation of the license. <br />811.070. CONDITIONS OF LICENSE. <br />(A) No amusement center license shall be issued by the Council unless the applicant has <br />demonstrated that the place to be licensed is properly ventilated and equipped with <br />necessary toilets, washrooms, and similar public facilities, and that the operation of <br />the place to be licensed will not be a public nuisance or detrimental to public safety, <br />morals or welfare. <br />(B) <br />(C) <br />No amusement center shall be located within 800 feet of any public or private school. <br />An adult manager, at least twenty-one (21) years of age, shall be on the premises of <br />an amusement center during all hours of operation. The manager's primary duties <br />shall be the supervision of the use and operation of amusement devices. <br />(D) No amusement center shall be operated between the hours of 12:00 midnight and <br />7:00 a.m. Amusement centers which operate in conjunction with a bar, supper club, <br />tavern, or similar facility, are exempt from the closing requirement. In those <br />situations the ciosing time shall be no tater than the legally established closing time <br />for said facility. <br />(E) <br />The licensee and his employees and agents shall adhere to the provisions of the City <br />Code relating to minors. No licensee, nor his employees or agents, shall knowingly <br />permit a. minor to be present on the premises in violation of curfew laws, nor <br />Icnowingly permit a person under the age of sixteen (16) years to be present on the <br />premises when school is in session unless on a valid excused absence. <br />(F) An amusement center shall be deemed a public place, as regulated by Little Canaria <br />City Code, Sections 1202.010, 1202.020, and 1202.030. <br />(G) The licensee of an amusement center shall not permit intoxicated persons to remain <br />on the premises. <br />(H) The amusement center and the premises in which amusement devices are located <br />shall conform to all building and fire prevention codes of the City of Little Canada <br />The building inspector or fire inspector may enter said premises at any time during <br />normal business hours, for the purpose of inspecting said premises for fire hatnrds. <br />811 -2 <br />Page 15 <br />
