This pay estimate includes portions of the common excavation, storm sewer <br />construction, and portions of the concrete curb. The City Engineer has inspected the work <br />performed by Palda and Sons, Inc. and finds it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, <br />and contract documents. <br />Based on the above, I recommend Council approval of Pay Estimate No. 2 in the amount of <br />$456,975.55. <br />Page 57 <br />
