Wills General Contractor for Domino's; Pima Tne, <br />RE: CUP Application. <br />The intended use for the property at 2600 Rice Street is to move the existing Domino's <br />Pina from 80 Nfmnesota Ave to a 1296 square foot space in the new mall at the <br />previously mentioned address. <br />Domino's as you may know is a pizza delivery company. In the new location we will <br />continue to deliver pizzas and introduce this area to our image 2000 store. The new <br />layout is designed to encourage customer pick up while letting the public see how our <br />store works. We are one the biggest pizza delivery businesses in the world and through <br />the use of hi tech equipment and excellent customer service we continue to grow. <br />The relocation of this store is the result of a three -year search for a new location. The site <br />on Rice will: <br />Allow people coming home for work to easily access dinner. <br />Being on the east side of the road will allow easy access to our site. <br />We are on the north end cap of this mall with ample parking and easy entry and exit from <br />strip mail <br />We feel this location will help facilitate both delivery and customer-pick up from our <br />location on the street and in the mall. <br />The new location will: <br />Have sprinklers through out and in our cooler as per code <br />We also have a separate fire suppression system for the hood <br />We interlock the fire suppression system with the hood exhaust and the HVAC systems <br />We have specific fire extinguishers one anal and one general use for the site <br />We have security systems in our store to keep our employees safe <br />We have security programs in place to keep our drivers safe <br />Basically anything that will keep our customers and. employees safe is in place <br />The placement of our store in this strip mall will not injure the adjacent property or <br />neighborhood but should make it better. <br />The site the strip mall is on is a much better use the one previous <br />Our business is ideally suited for people with busy lifestyles <br />We have been servicing this area and providing jobs for many years <br />In most areas having a national chain locate in the area is considered a convenience <br />,The strip mall we are moving into is brand new. so we are deferring to the city that this <br />project has all the streets, sewers, water lines etc that it needs. <br />1310 S. xwy 96 Suite 202, White Bear Lak ,mn 55110 <br />Page 47 <br />
