Hanson <br />Email: cityhall @ci.little - canada.mn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Fahey and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />DATE: September 22, 2000 <br />RE: Relocation of Moon Bay Liquors <br />Mintahoe Hospitality Group, owner of Moon Bay Liquors, is proposing to relocate Moon <br />Bay Liquors from the strip mall located at 2751 Lakeshore Avenue to the Market Place <br />Shopping Center. Therefore, they are requesting that the Off -Sale Liquor License be <br />transferred to the new location. <br />Application materials are complete and Sheriff's Background Checks are satisfactory. <br />Therefore, City staff recommends approval, and suggests that if the Council approves the <br />resolution clearly indicate that this is the reallocation of an existing Off -Sale Liquor <br />License to a new location. <br />Page 61 <br />
