A -6 With the assistance of the Public Works Department determine if future <br />projected needs can be accommodated by either the existing or a renovated <br />city garage. <br />2.2 Task B Evaluate Existing Equipment and Supplies Space Needs <br />B -1 Gather background information (i.e. pictures, manuals, specification, etc.) on <br />all Public Works equipment and supplies from Public Works Director and City <br />files. <br />B -2 Verify information on equipment and supplies. <br />B -3 Determine the current industry and OSHA space needs standards for our <br />existing equipment and supplies. <br />B-4 Recommend changes /corrections to enable equipment and supplies to meet <br />current standards. Include cost estimates for each change /correction. <br />2.3 Task C New Facility <br />C -1 Determine the largest building that can be built on the existing city garage <br />property with associated storage areas. <br />C -2 Develop the construction cost estimate for the building and site <br />modifications. <br />C -3 With the assistance of the Public Works Department determine if future <br />projected needs can be accommodated by a new facility on the existing <br />garage property with associated storage areas. <br />3.0 Report Phase <br />The report will be broken down into the main sections as indicated below. The <br />subsections may change based on study results.
