buildable area of the parcel. However, none of these conditions would prohibit the <br />attachment of the proposed building as an addition. A building constructed in the <br />proposed location, attached to the existing principal building, could be built with a width <br />of about 24 feet, meeting the setbacks and avoiding the side yard accessory building <br />location issue. Depending on the City Council's action on the side yard setback variance <br />at its meeting on August 9, the Planning Commission should be prepared to review the <br />additional variance for an accessory building in the side yard.
