Hanson <br />The City Council approved Conditional Use Permits for outdoor storage as a principal <br />and accessory use applied for by Mr. Donald Valento last year for his properties at 3176 <br />and 3179 Spruce Street in the Ryan Industrial Park. These permits were granted <br />contingent on compliance with recommendations of the Planning Commission and the <br />Zoning Administrator. They were also given an absolute completion deadline of August <br />1, 2000. Following is a list of the required conditions for each property, and their current <br />status: <br />3176 Spruce <br />Conditions pertaining to the temporary continuation of exterior auto parts storage to be <br />discontinued December 31, 2000: <br />1. Limitation on the number of repairable and /or antique cars to be stored on the <br />property to a total of (15) fifteen. The Applicant and /or business owners must <br />designate a storage area on the site plan in the designated storage area for the (15) <br />fifteen vehicles. Vehicles do not include clips of cars. <br />- The number or repairable cars is under 15, but only because so many cars <br />are considered to be clips, many repairable cars are not within designated <br />areas. Said clips are also out of designated areas. <br />2. Limitation of height of materials to be stored outside no to exceed (5) five feet. <br />- Complete <br />3. Limitation in size of area dedicated to clips of cars and parts storage to the <br />designated area on the site plan to a 20 -foot x 40 -foot area immediately behind the <br />Page 13 <br />
