The automobiles and /or clips /auto parts must be stored in the rear yard and may <br />encroach into the side and rear yard setback, but in no case shall equipment be <br />located closer than ten (10) feet to a rear yard or side yard lot line. <br />- Some vehicles are encroaching setbacks <br />5.
