period. <br />(4) The fourth violation shall subject the licensee to <br />the payment of an administrative fine of $1,500.00 <br />or to a five business day suspension of the <br />license. The licensee shall notify the City <br />Administrator in writing within ten (10) days of <br />notice of the violation if the licensee selects the <br />license suspension option, or the licensee shall <br />remit the administrative fine to the City within <br />such time period. <br />(5) Any additional violations shall subject the <br />licensee to the payment of an administrative fine <br />of at least $2,500.00 and to at least a fifteen <br />(15) business day suspension or revocation of the <br />license. <br />(b) The imposition of an administrative fine and /or <br />suspension of license or revocation of a license pursuant <br />to this section may be preceded by a hearing before the <br />City Council, if the licensee so requests in writing. <br />Licensees whose licenses have been suspended or revoked, <br />shall not be eligible for another Tobacco Products <br />license for a minimum period of one year from the date of <br />said suspension or revocation. <br />802.100. INSPECTION /COMPLIANCE CHECKS. Any applicant or <br />licensee shall permit the City, or its representatives, to inspect <br />and examine the place of business described in the application or <br />license. Any refusal on the part of the applicant, or licensee, to <br />permit such inspection will be sufficient grounds for the Council <br />to refuse the application applied for or suspend a license <br />previously granted. The City of Little Canada, or its authorized <br />representative, may at any time conduct unannounced compliance <br />checks of each licensee.
