City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 902 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR AMENDED DEFINITIONS <br />OF "MEDICAL CLINICS" AND "REHABILITATION CENTERS ". <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 902.010.A.102. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />102. Medical and Dental Clinic. A structure intended for providing <br />medical and dental examinations and service available to the <br />public, but not including chemical dependancy treatment or <br />other uses defined as rehabilitation centers. This service is <br />provided without overnight care available. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 902.010.A.137. Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />137. Rehabilitation Center.. A state licensed facility that offers <br />physical, vocational, or mental rehabilitative services to <br />patients without overnight care. Such services may include <br />chemical dependancy treatment, treatment for physically or <br />mentally disabled persons, or similar services. <br />Section 3. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Michael I.
